LexiAbility founder Pam Taylor is a featured speaker at the upcoming Missouri Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s Annual Meeting and Convention. This event for professionals only takes place April 3-6, 2014 at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, MO.

She will give two presentations, Dyslexia: Myths and Facts, Identification and Dyslexia: Interventions and Accommodations to the industry gathering of several hundred professionals.

Biography: Pamela Taylor has helped adults and children to learn successfully for more 25 years. In her work with exceptional and twice- exceptional students with dyslexia, she developed an emphasis in multi-sensory instruction and founded a private clinic, LexiAbility, to provide resources for those with dyslexia. Taylor is an experienced dyslexia screening specialist, advocate and consultant. In addition to dyslexia  assessment and remediation, she is a certified professional Barton Reading and Spelling Tutor at the Masters Level–one of only 30 in the world. Taylor educates others about dyslexia through her writing, public speaking and teacher in-service workshops.
